3MP Resolution
The IPCT-DB2 shoots video at 3MP @ 30 FPS. This is one step above FHD (Full High Definition) resolution, or 1080p. With this camera, you’ll be able to stream and record footage with 2048×1536 pixels, which will give you a picture that’s crisper and clearer than your standard high definition camera.
2.2MM Fixed Lens
The IPCT-DB2 has a 2.2mm Fixed Lens. That means it’s fixed at one length; it can’t optically zoom in and out. The longer the focal length on a fixed lens camera, the more zoomed in it is and the more close-up detail you’ll be able to see. But the shorter the focal length, the wider the field of view and the more area your surveillance will cover.
The IPCT-DB2 has a fixed length of 2.2mm, giving it a horizontal field of view of 105°.
WiFi Security Camera
Ditch the long, obtrusive wires running across your floorboards and walls. The IPCT-DB2 allows you to connect wirelessly to your network using Wifi to capture and record video. Wifi security cameras are often easier to install, and they give you greater flexibility for placement and mobility.
IP65 Weatherproof Rating
This camera has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of 65. This means the camera is completely protected from dust and other solid particles (the first six). It can also withstand streams of water jets from any direction (the five).
Rest assured that when you install your camera outside, it will have no problem withstanding the elements.
16′ Night Vision IR Range
When the sun goes down or the lights go out, this camera switches on its own onboard infrared LED lights. These lights, which are invisible to the human eye, allow the camera to continue functioning and recording video 24/7, day or night. And since its IR range covers up to 16 feet, you’re not going to miss anything that happens on your camera’s feeds, even if it happens in pitch-black darkness.
